Reporting Analyst
Altak Group Inc.
Develop, maintain, and deliver recurring and ad hoc reports to support business and client needs. Analyze healthcare-related data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of reporting deliverables. Utilize Cedargate tools to generate reports and perform data analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful analytics. Validate data, troubleshoot reporting issues, and recommend process improvements. Maintain documentation for reporting processes, methodologies, and report specifications. Support stakeholders by providing timely insights and data-driven recommendations. Required Qualifications 3–4 years of experience in Reporting, Analytics, or Business Intelligence. Experience with Healthcare Employer Reporting is required. Hands‑on experience with the Cedargate platform is mandatory. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. Experience creating, validating, and maintaining operational and analytical reports. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr
