Job Description
We are seeking a Digital Product Management Specialist to support Reporting & Analytics initiatives across Supply Chain Customer Solutions (SCCS), Channel Operations (CHOPs), and Customer Service.
The ideal candidate will bridge business and technical teams , helping translate business priorities into product roadmaps and actionable solutions that deliver measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Support digital product strategy, roadmap planning, and prioritization.
- Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to define requirements and priorities.
- Support digital transformation, customer experience, and analytics initiatives.
- Help identify process improvement and future-state capabilities.
- Collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive product delivery.
- Track priorities and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
- Support adoption of emerging technologies and digital solutions.
Required Skills
- Experience in digital product management, product strategy, or digital transformation .
- Strong understanding of customer experience and analytics .
- Experience working with business and technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and influence product decisions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Channel Operations .
- Experience supporting Reporting & Analytics initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile product development and roadmap planning.
