Wendy's Crew Member

Wendy's crew members perform several valuable duties during a normal shift. Crew members with Wendy's typically assist customers and prepare food. Customer service crew members work order counters, registers, and drive-thru windows at Wendy's fast food restaurants.

Additional duties and responsibilities

Wendy's team members in the kitchen quickly prepare food made to order. Crew members at Wendy's may also perform cleaning duties in the restaurant seating area, restrooms, or kitchen if assigned. Wendy's crew members work alongside Wendy's managers to ensure every customer receives quality service.
