As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the development of operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.Job responsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutionsUses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis (e.g., consolidating inputs into integrated plans, RAID, and executive-ready updates), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements.Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentumCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goalsUtilize advanced analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectivenessChampion agile delivery practices and continuous improvement, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the teamPromotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.Engage in organizing the company's work management via anything hosted in Monday.Com. This includes all backend builds, building out workflows, manage Monday.com, manage workflow, intake and triage for all work, data analytics and data synthesizing and hygiene.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organizationDemonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clientsProven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environmentDemonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activitiesPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience building and scaling intake, prioritization, discovery, and delivery frameworks for large organizations.Demonstrated success designing governance models, service delivery methodologies, and consulting operating frameworks.Experience defining business value frameworks, benefits realization approaches, KPIs, and executive reporting methodologies.Experience leveraging AI-enabled capabilities to improve consulting delivery, workflow efficiency, and organizational effectiveness.Experience facilitating stakeholder discovery, root-cause analysis, solution design, and value measurement activities.About UsJPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
