Position Details Role: Full-time Family Nurse Practitioner – South Mountain Health Center, Phoenix, AZ Location: Near 36th St/ Baseline, Phoenix, AZ Hours: 4-10's Full-time salary range (40 hours/week): MSN: $115K‑$120K+ DOE; DNP: $129K Language differential pay available for Spanish, Vietnamese, Korean, Arabic, Farsi, Swahili or ASL: $3/hour ($6240 annually) Certification required: AZ FNP License.
