Paralegal

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Plaintiff Attorney and Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team at a highly reputable plaintiff law firm in Los Angeles. Salary: $75,000 - $200,000 per year. Hybrid or remote schedule is available. Our firm is a powerhouse in wage‑and‑hour class action litigation, representing employees and consumers against regional, national, and Fortune 500 companies across many industries. In this role, you will provide legal advice and guidance on a broad range of issues, including transactional matters, class action lawsuits, and employee‑related matters. You will draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents, represent the organization in court trials and mediation, conduct legal research, develop and implement strategies, collaborate with other team members, and stay up‑to‑date on relevant laws and industry trends. Responsibilities Provide legal advice and guidance across transactional, class‑action, and employee‑related matters. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents. Represent the organization in legal proceedings, including court trials and mediation. Conduct legal research and analysis to support decision‑making and policy development. Develop and implement legal strategies to protect interests and ensure compliance. Collaborate with legal team members and work closely with various departments. Update senior management on current laws, regulations, and industry trends. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Licensed attorney in good standing with at least 3 years of experience in transactional law, class‑action lawsuits, and employee‑related issues. Exceptional research, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Strong negotiation skills and ability to resolve complex legal issues practically. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain complex concepts to non‑legal personnel. High ethical standards and professional integrity. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience in the legal industry is required. Interested in hearing more?
