Legal Assistant Paralegal

Seeking a Legal Assistant / Paralegal to support attorneys in a fast-paced personal injury litigation environment. The role involves case management, legal document preparation, client communication, legal research, discovery, and trial preparation. Candidates should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, affidavits, memoranda, and correspondence. Conduct legal research and summarize findings. Manage case files and organize legal documents. Assist with discovery, trial preparation, and litigation support. Investigate facts and gather evidence for cases. Open insurance claims and request medical records, bills, and property damage documentation. Communicate with clients regarding case progress and treatment. Prepare demand packages and other case-related documents. Coordinate trial exhibits, binders, and jury instructions. Provide administrative and logistical support to attorneys. Qualifications: Experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal (Personal Injury experience preferred). Bilingual in English and Spanish (required). Typing speed of 45-50+ WPM. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Experience with legal research, document drafting, and case management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
