We are an established law firm with a respected bankruptcy and restructuring practice serving corporate debtors, creditors, and other stakeholders in complex Chapter 11 and out-of-court restructuring matters. Our team handles sophisticated, multi-party matters
across a range of industries, and we are growing our Dallas bankruptcy bench to keep pace with an active caseload.

Job Details
Requirements:
5–10 years of bankruptcy experience (debtor, creditor, trustee, or mixed)
Experience drafting core pleadings (motions, objections, plans, disclosure statements) and supporting hearings
Familiarity with restructuring support agreements, DIP financing, or asset sales is a plus
Strong analytical writing and client communication skills
Texas bar (or eligibility/intent to obtain)
