Porter / Groundskeeper for an Apartment Community

Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Walk the grounds and common areas daily, removing litter and debris from lawns, planting beds, parking areas, sidewalks, ramps, and indoor spaces.
- Empty trash receptacles as needed
- Clean hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevator cars, and other common areas by vacuuming, dusting, buffing, and washing
- Duties may include using a power washer, cleaning or vacuuming a pool, and assisting the maintenance team as needed.
Requirements:
- General maintenance experience
- Basic knowledge of maintenance repair and service
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to work weekends as needed
