• Review and submit licensing applications for financial representatives.
• Process renewals and terminations for financial representatives.
• Respond to licensing inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
• Collaborate with onboarding and financing teams to ensure smooth transitions.
• Maintain up-to-date procedure manuals and electronic records.
• Track and process licensing -related payments and documentation.
• Prepare reports and correspondence for department leadership.

What we need:

• High School Diploma required.
• 1+ year of experience in licensing, compliance, or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What we offer: * Pay: The hourly pay for this position is $19.00. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employment-based sponsorship. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time, nor can we guarantee future sponsorship. * Work Arrangements: This is a full-time hybrid, hourly position: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day), Monday- Friday, with flexible start time between 7 a.m.-9 a.m. Hybrid positions work at least four days in office each week. Employees beginning to work in a new hybrid role will be expected to work on-site (five days a week) during the initial training period, which may be up to one year.
