Leasing Manager

The primary responsibilities of the Leasing Manager are as follows: to build and maintain relationships with hiring Managers in the surrounding area, lease and pre-lease apartments; assist with resident relations.Responsibilities:Identify each key business that is hiring in the surround property’s area.Answer telephones per company policy.Greet residents and prospects promptly with a friendly welcome.Abide by Fair Housing guidelines and company policies.Complete guest cards on all prospects.Take all prospects on a complete tour of the premises.Promote resident retention by establishing a good rapport with the residents,Complete necessary administrative duties.Job Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
