Are you a Registered Nurse that is looking for a change of pace? Do you enjoy helping the elderly that have multiple chronic conditions? Are you located within a reasonable driving distance to St. Joseph, MO?
If you answered yes to the above and have/are:
- Open to learning new things and don't give up on things easily.
- Confident about navigating software/services such as email, word, excel, etc.
- A great home environment that allows you to work whenever needed without distraction.
- Detail oriented with a true knack for discovering the little things that may be difficult to see.
- Competitive, likes to win, willing to learn from losing, and enjoys being a part of an amazing team.
- An active RN license that is in good standing. ***1000 imaginary bonus points if you have care management, hospital, post-acute, or long-term care experience***.
At SparroWell, we help people get the best care possible. We support healthcare professionals such as physicians, nurse practitioners, and other clinical team members to deliver the care. Our team also works directly with patients, families, and caregivers to access the right resources whenever needed.
Every day with us is different. At one moment, we may be supporting a provider and then quickly bounce to providing resources for a caregiver. In a nutshell, we hit challenges head on when they arise and focus on providing the best service possible for those who need it.
