What You Will Do
- Lead the product management process, from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance AI-driven products utilizing OpenAI technologies.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product strategy and prioritize features.
- Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and iterate based on data insights.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in the AI space.
- Facilitate product roadmap planning and communicate updates to stakeholders effectively.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the product team.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in AI or software development.
- Proven experience working with OpenAI technologies and understanding of their application in product development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
- Experience in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
Preferred
- Familiarity with B2B and enterprise software solutions.
- Experience in a startup environment or with companies in the Series A funding stage.
- Background in user experience (UX) design principles and practices.
Compensation and Benefits
