Work Environment

This role is primarily onsite as you will travel to patients’ homes for consultations and treatments. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and accurately diagnose both acute and chronic health conditions, utilizing your clinical expertise.
• Develop tailored treatment plans based on thorough patient evaluations, while ordering necessary diagnostic tests to monitor health status.
• Prescribe medications and implement therapeutic interventions that meet the unique health needs of each patient.
• Educate patients and their families about disease prevention strategies, healthy lifestyle choices, and effective management of health conditions.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate and streamline patient care, ensuring that each patient receives the attention they deserve.

Qualifications

• Valid Nurse Practitioner certification and an active state nursing license.

Compensation and Benefits
