Required Application Materials Resume is required Cover letter is preferred Job Summary This position will lead Cybersecurity Manufacturing InnovationInstitute (CyManII)'s engagement efforts by strategicallytargeting, recruiting, and onboarding a broad portfolio of newmembers and creating collaborative opportunities through innovativeteaming efforts for current and new members. They will ensure thatall of CyManII's engagement efforts are successfully executed incompliance with federal and state policies. Core Responsibilities Advance CyManII's strategic vision and mission by leadingengagement initiatives that strengthen organizational impact,stakeholder relationships, and long-term growth. Drive the execution of organizational policies and strategicinitiatives by ensuring alignment with federal and stateobjectives, regulations, institutional priorities, and governancestandards. Cultivate and expand high-impact partnerships across academia,government, industry, and national organizations to advanceCyManII's mission, increase organizational visibility, and delivervalue to the Institute's members. Provide executive oversight for strategic events, boardmeetings, and stakeholder engagements, ensuring seamless planning,operational excellence, and alignment with organizationalpriorities and available resources. Lead executive-level communications and stakeholder engagementby fostering strong relationships with members, executiveleadership, vendors, and strategic partners while ensuringexceptional coordination and execution across all engagementactivities. Direct the strategy, planning, marketing, and execution ofmajor organizational events, representing CyManII at high-profileregional and national engagements while collaborating acrossdepartments to maximize organizational visibility and missionimpact. Strengthen cross-functional collaboration by buildingproductive relationships with staff, partners, and executiveleadership to support organizational initiatives, executepartnership agreements, and advance institutional objectives. Oversee strategic initiatives and enterprise-wide projects,including stakeholder engagement, critical infrastructure programs,CRM/database management, and outreach efforts that expandorganizational influence and support sustainable growth. Represent CyManII as a senior executive at nationalconferences, industry forums, and strategic engagements, deliveringpresentations that strengthen the institute's reputation,influence, and membership growth. Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team to developand execute enterprise-wide growth strategies that advanceCyManII's mission in cybersecurity for manufacturing and criticalsupply chains. Provide strategic leadership across finance, operations,marketing, and program teams to align organizational messaging,pricing strategies, business models, and revenue-generatinginitiatives that drive sustainable organizationalgrowth. Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategiesfor new programs, products, services, and strategic initiativesthat expand organizational reach and expand revenue streams. Identify, cultivate, and secure strategic businessopportunities, partnerships, and new markets that enhance CyManII'snational presence and long-term financial sustainability. Collaborate with Institute leadership, members, and strategicpartners to identify emerging market needs, validate new serviceofferings, and develop innovative solutions that advance theinstitute's mission and member value. Foster an environment of innovation, continuous improvement,and strategic agility by championing entrepreneurial thinking,data-driven decision-making, and organizational excellence. Build, mentor, develop and lead high-performing,cross-functional teams while promoting accountability, professionalgrowth, collaboration, and an environment of exceptionalperformance. Establish and strengthen strategic partnerships withgovernment, industry, academia, and nonprofit organizations toexpand CyManII's service portfolio, cybersecurity workforceinitiatives, and national impact. Lead organizational performance optimization by evaluatingoperational effectiveness, identifying scalable solutions,implementing enabling technologies,and driving processimprovements that enhance efficiency and organizationalcapacity. Cultivate and maintain executive relationships with keystakeholders, industry leaders, member organizations, sponsors, andstrategic decision-makers to strengthen partnerships, expandinfluence, and generate new opportunities for organizationalgrowth. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Seven (7) years of related work experience. This position may require the ability to maintain the securityand integrity of UT San Antonio and its infrastructure per TexasEO-GA-48. Preferred Qualifications Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
