Administer a treatment program with specific goals determined according to the patient’s capacity and tolerance under the direction of the Physician. Document and record the patients’ condition and educate patients and families in an appropriate physical therapy method. Educate patients and their families on strategies to improve daily living skills and promote overall health. Collaborate with physicisans, nurses,and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. Participate in patenet care meetings and contribute to team discussions on best practices and treatement outcomes.
