You will partner with content, design, and product marketing to translate technical narratives into high-performing social campaigns that drive audience growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the global organic social media strategy across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube Write, edit, and schedule engaging copy tailored to each platform and audience segment Manage the editorial social calendar and collaborate with the design team to produce high-impact visual assets Monitor social channels for brand sentiment, industry trends, and community engagement opportunities Track and analyze social performance metrics using tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and GA4 to optimize reach and engagement Run experiments with new content formats, video clips, and interactive polls to maximize audience retention What We Are Looking For 3-5 years of social media management experience within B2B or B2C technology companies Demonstrated expertise with social media management platforms (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools Strong copywriting skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into punchy, engaging social content Experience managing paid social campaigns and amplification budgets is strongly preferred Bonus: Working knowledge of basic video editing tools (Premiere, CapCut) and familiarity with tech industry ecosystems #J-18808-Ljbffr
