Kevin Navarro State Farm is a recognized leader in providing personalized insurance and financial solutions to Carol Stream and surrounding communities. Our bilingual team offers expertise across auto, home, life, business, health, and financial services. Our agency is committed to serving families and businesses while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace.
The Bilingual Spanish Sales Producer partners with clients to understand their needs and deliver customized insurance solutions. This role is open to entry-level and licensed candidates who are customer-focused, thrive in a collaborative team, and are passionate about serving the local community.
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with new and existing clients in English and Spanish
- Provide tailored insurance quotes and solutions
- Educate clients about policy options and financial products
- Achieve personal and team sales goals
- Provide excellent customer service and proactive communication
- Collaborate within a supportive team environment
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Entry-level candidates welcome (training provided)
- Licensed agents (Property & Casualty, Life & Health) fast-tracked, but licensing at hire not required
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to community and customer service
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary plus commission and performance bonuses
