THE OPPORTUNITY:

I'm running a confidential search for a Project Manager to lead a 2-year garden-style residential build in Miami on behalf of one of Florida's most established and respected general contractors; a firm with a 50+ year track record and 400+ projects delivered on time and on budget.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Lead a ground-up garden-style multifamily residential project in Miami from preconstruction through closeout
• Own budgets, schedules, buyout, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Manage subcontractors, consultants, and the field team to keep the job on time and on budget
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the owner, architect, and design team
• Drive quality, safety, and the standard of work the firm is known for

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Project Manager experience with a general contractor
• Ground-up multifamily experience strongly preferred
• Strong command of scheduling, cost control, buyout, and subcontractor management
• South Florida market knowledge and established trade relationships a plus
• A builder's mindset: accountable, organized, and proud of the work
