Always Best Care Senior Services | Lisle, IL Always Best Care Senior Services is hiring experienced caregivers to provide compassionate, reliable in-home care for seniors in Lisle, Naperville, Aurora, Warrenville, Arlington Heights, and surrounding communities. If you are passionate about helping older adults live safely, comfortably, and independently at home, we would love to hear from you. Pay Range $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Available Shifts We are looking for caregivers for both short and long shifts, with weekday and weekend opportunities available. Benefits · Paid training and hands-on support · Flexible schedules · Access to daily pay · Paid time off · Holiday double-time pay · Referral and incentive programs · Yearly merit increases · Friendly, respectful, and supportive office staff Caregiver Responsibilities · Communicate clearly with the office, clients, and families · Assist with bathing, showering, toileting, dressing, and grooming · Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed · Provide light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization · Assist with grocery shopping, errands, and incoming mail · Support safe transfers and mobility assistance · Provide transportation to appointments and other approved activities Caregiver Requirements · Previous caregiving experience preferred · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · High school diploma or GED required · Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation · Knowledge of general safety and sanitary practices · Ability to stand for extended periods and lift upto 25 lbs. Service Area Our office is located at 3060 Ogden Avenue, Lisle, IL 60532. This position may require travel throughout Lisle, Naperville, Aurora, Warrenville, Arlington Heights, and nearby areas.
