Dependable Caregivers Wanted

We are a non-medical in-home care agency in search of dependable, caring, and reliable caregivers that want to work and gain personal satisfaction in serving others. C.N.A.'s with reliable transportation welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Providing companionship and conversation;
• Assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, bathroom needs;
• Performing light housekeeping tasks such as laundry and linen changing;
• Laying out clothes and assisting with dressing;
• Planning and preparing light meals;
• Providing medication reminders;
• Providing transportation to and from appointments if part of care plan.

Qualifications

• Ability to treat clients with dignity and respect;
• Positive attitude and a compassion for others;
• Ability to interpret the client's provided plan of care;
• Valid driver's license and transportation if required in client care plan;
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to new situations;
• Tolerance to small pets (i.e. dogs and/or cats) if part of care plan (you can also choose not to take clients with pets);
• Must be able to be reached via phone or text for shift schedules, client updates and/or emergencies;
• Able to lift a minimum of 25 pounds;
• Prior experience with dementia patients and senior care is a plus!
