Quality Control Analyst

Seeking experienced Mortgage Quality Control Contractors, this remote 1099 contract position will focus on performing quality control reviews of mortgage servicing documentation, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy and completeness on a per-file basis. Key responsibilities Conduct quality control reviews, including payment history, collection comments, servicing notes, title policies, and appraisals Identify and document discrepancies, deficiencies, or documentation issues in accordance with established QC procedures Complete assigned files within required turnaround times while managing an independent workload Required qualifications Previous mortgage servicing QC experience required for a TPR firm Laura Mac experience is mandatory Hands-on experience reviewing payment histories, collection comments, servicing notes, title policies, and appraisals Strong documentation skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently in a production-based, per-file environment
