In this vital role, you'll help coordinate, guide, and optimize projects — supporting timelines, driving cross‑functional communication, and ensuring smooth delivery for clients and stakeholders alike. What You’ll Do Lead internal and external meetings, guiding discussions that foster engagement, clarity, and forward movement. Review contracts and project inputs to identify key details, flag questions, and ensure all teams are aligned. Monitor project schedules and task dependencies — proactively making adjustments as priorities shift. Respond to changing needs with strategic thinking and help keep deliverables on track. Maintain clear, concise project documentation and updates so stakeholders always know the status. Identify risks and collaborate with team members to resolve issues before they impact delivery. Use Workfront daily to manage tasks, timelines, and communication across programs. Support accurate revenue tracking based on delivery milestones and provide client‑ready updates, including KPIs. Support scheduling and onboarding of program faculty, balancing competing needs across multiple programs. Assist with logistics, scheduling, and operational details that contribute to an exceptional client experience. What Sets You Apart Effective communication with clarity and professionalism. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Experience: 2–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management preferred. Experience with Workfront or similar project management software is a plus. Familiarity with the healthcare or life sciences industry is a bonus. Physical Requirements and Work Environment Travel – up to 10% for event and video program management. Hybrid role based in Cranbury, NJ. Special Skills Clear written and verbal communication.
