The Ideal Candidate

• The ideal candidate has a proven track record of performing administrative duties in a timely and orderly fashion.
• They thrive in a fast paced and a team oriented environment.
• They get excited about construction projects as well as completing assignments on time.
• An individual who will do well in this position is self oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable.
• Comfortable working within a team environment at the project site in Los Angeles.

Key Responsibilities/Skills

• Move costs for that were miscoded in the project accounting system.
• Open new cost codes and maintain various databases with cost codes.
• Run transaction detail reports upon request.
• Run a variety of project reports from accounting/reporting software on a monthly basis.
• Review shopping carts with proposed purchases to verify cost coding and budget.
• Organize and maintain supporting documentation for changes to the monthly forecast (change reports) Run weekly labor unit cost reports using.
• Heavy Job and MS Access databases.
• Support project staff in maintaining Change Management databases.
• Support project staff in organizing monthly forecast meetings with different discipline managers
