Looking for a position that is making a difference? Join the Silver Dollar City Contact Center as a Guest Representative, where you will work from our office across from the Silver Dollar City Resort overlooking Table Rock Lake and the Ozark Mountains.

As the first friendly voice our guests hear, you'll help families plan unforgettable vacations to Silver Dollar City's family of attractions and other Herschend destinations across the country. Every conversation is an opportunity to create excitement, solve problems, and help us "Create Memories Worth Repeating" for our guests.

Whether you're experienced in customer service or looking to improve your sales and hospitality skills, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Our contact center is open 7 days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CST. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends are required.

This is a Full-Time Seasonal position.

This position begins now and goes through 1/2/27.

As part of our Guest Experience team, you will:

• Help guests plan memorable vacations and visits to Silver Dollar City and other Herschend attractions.
• Answer guest questions by phone, chat, email, and other digital communication channels.
• Assist guests in purchasing tickets, season passes, vacation packages, and special add-on experiences.
• Guide guests through online purchases, mobile apps, and account management.
• Recommend additional attractions, events, and experiences that enhance each guest's visit.
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and care.
• Use multiple computer systems while maintaining accurate documentation and payment security.

Preferred 23 years of customer service, reservations, hospitality, office, retail sales, or contact center experience.

Comfortable using multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously.

Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute accurately (typing assessment required).

Strong written communication skills for chat, email, and social media support.

A Guest Representative will primarily work at a desk requires extended periods of sitting and computer use. This job takes place in a call center environment where the noise level is moderate.
