Serves as co-leader in interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.\n Job Requirements:\n Education and Work Experience:\n \n Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD): Required; only if obtained license on or after January 2007; or foreign equivalent.\n Two years' occupational therapy experience: Preferred\n \n Licenses/Certifications:\n \n Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice: Required\n Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required\n \n Facility Specific License/Certifications:\n \n Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required\n \n Essential Functions:\n \n Completes evaluations to ensure quality standards and addresses assessment areas that require attention. Uses appropriate clinical techniques and tools and establishes individualized treatment plans for patients.\n Provides therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques.
