What You'll Be Doing

Servers are responsible for positive guest interactions while providing an exceptional dining experience. This includes:

• Providing exceptional hospitality.
• Delighting and serving our guests.
• Knowledge of our food and beverage menus.
• Working knowledge of cocktails, mixing techniques, and quality control.
• Having a great attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
• Maintaining standards of food quality, food safety, personal safety, and cleanliness.

What We Require Of You

• Must be able to obtain alcohol safety certification up to 30 days after hire date.
• Positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work the hours dictated by the business and schedule set in place by the Manager; Weekend, evening, and holiday work may be necessary.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow regulations regarding age requirements for the purchase of alcohol.
