Open Position: Line Lead/Cook.

Type: Full-Time/Part-Time Available.
Location: Salem, NH.

We are seeking a Line Lead/Cook who can thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and help us deliver the best experience to our customers.

Salary/Hours:

• Start Immediately!
• Competitive pay (base salary plus tip pooling).
• Hours are 3pm to close M-F, 8am to close S-S.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the kitchen team and assist with daily operations.
• Prepare and cook menu items to company standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Handle food prep, inventory, and ordering supplies.

Other Administrative Tasks:

• Manage staff schedules and shift assignments.
• Assist with payroll tracking and basic reporting.
• Deliver exceptional customer service when needed.
