Credit Associate

We're looking for a self‑motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. This person has a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, a problem‑solving mindset, and great attention to detail. Other desirable traits include good written and verbal communication, ability to multitask, being a team player, and the ability to quickly adapt to change. This role is the A/R front line in ensuring excellent customer service experience to both internal and external customers of Locke Supply. Responsibilities Payment Processing Credit Management Inbound call center Respond to phone and email inquiries Resolves problems according to the company policy Inbound and outbound phone calls.
