You are the face of D1 Pittsburgh West. Your goal is to spark the journey for every person who walks through our doors. You’ll drive growth by building genuine relationships, managing our community presence, and ensuring every potential athlete feels the D1 difference from the very first hello.

How You’ll Impact the Turf

• Drive the Momentum: Proactively generate and follow up on leads through phone, email, and social media.

• Showcase the Brand: Lead high-impact facility tours and consultative presentations that close sales and change lives.

• Master the Process: Use our CRM to expertly track prospects and hit monthly targets for memberships and referrals.

• Be a Community Catalyst: Build lasting partnerships with local schools, sports teams, and organizations.

• Fuel the Culture: Support front-desk operations and uphold a brand culture rooted in athleticism and community.

Who You Are

• A Proven Closer: You have 1+ years of sales experience (fitness or service industry preferred).

• A Natural Connector: You possess excellent communication skills and the confidence to handle objections with ease.

• Passion-Driven: You love athletics and have a genuine desire to help others reach their peak.

• Growth-Minded: You are self-driven, organized, and thrive in a performance-focused team environment.

• Bonus Points: Background in athletics, coaching, or experience with B2B sales and social media marketing.
