Skye Client Solutions is looking for a motivated, people-focused Sales Team Leader to join our Pittsburgh team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, leading by example, and helping others improve their sales performance.

Our team represents energy services through face-to-face sales in retail stores, events, and promotional settings throughout the Pittsburgh area . As a Sales Team Leader, you will combine hands-on selling with team leadership, coaching, and day-to-day support.

What You'll Do

• Represent energy services through face-to-face customer interactions
• Engage customers at retail locations, events, and promotional campaigns
• Explain available services, pricing, and promotions clearly and professionally
• Generate new customer accounts while providing a positive customer experience
• Lead by example by maintaining strong personal sales performance
• Train and support new and developing sales representatives
• Help team members strengthen communication, product knowledge, and closing skills
• Set daily goals and help keep the team motivated and accountable
• Assist management with tracking sales activity and overall team performance
• Maintain a professional and energetic presence at all customer-facing locations
• Participate in ongoing leadership, sales, and professional development training

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or leadership experience is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
