Our Inside Sales team hands you a calendar of real, qualified appointments, about 2,000 leads a month flow through our system, so you can spend your time doing what you got licensed to do: guiding people through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.

✅ What You'll Do

\n

• Run the appointments our Inside Sales team books for you, buyer consultations and beyond
\n
• Show homes, write and negotiate offers, and walk your clients through every step with care
\n
• Keep your pipeline current and your follow-up consistent using our CRM
\n
• Build your own sphere and referral business alongside the leads we provide
\n
• Show up for your clients the way you'd want someone to show up for you
\n
• Join monthly masterminds with Bernie, where we learn from each other, not just from him
\n

What We're Looking For

\n

\n
• An active Tennessee real estate license, or you're actively working toward one
\n
• A genuine communicator who listens as much as they talk
\n
• Self-motivated, but also coachable, willing to learn a system that's already working
\n
• Organized enough to keep every client and every lead moving forward
\n
• New agents welcome, our mentorship program exists because we remember what it's like to start
\n
