The ideal individual will have the proven ability to grow developing markets and seize new opportunities. This function will report directly to Performance Wires Segment Leader.***Note: This is a remote position, but you must reside within the territory and near a major airportTerritory Coverage: MO, KS, IA, NE, MN, SD, ND, WI & ILAbout the role Sales Team Leader managing all aspects of the business for assigned customersManage existing business to continually grow market share.Identify new opportunities within the customer base and capitalize on these opportunities.Run the business with an entrepreneurial mindset to expand revenue and profitability.Establish and exceed yearly customer sales & margin budgetsStrong Price negotiation skills with key customers in coordination with Segment LeaderReporting of competitor activity, territory forecast, month end reports.Coordination of superior customer service with respective inside sales partner.Resolve customer complaints with collaboration of manufacturing and QCSuggest new product innovation to successfully grow your businessAbout YouBA/BS degree with minimum of 5 years sales experienceExperience with distribution and wholesale preferredCustomer Service OrientationMarket and product knowledgeStrong Negotiation SkillsIntermediate to advance competency in Microsoft suite (Office 365, Dynamics, Power BI)Interpersonal and Communication SkillsAbility to travel up to 50 - 75%Be bold and take the leap!We're looking for individuals who are not afraid to take risks and explore new ideas.
