Lemchen Salzer Orthodontics is looking for a friendly, motivated, and patient-focused Dental Hygienist to join our growing orthodontic team! This is a unique opportunity for a hygienist who is interested in working within a fast-paced orthodontic environment and enjoys building relationships with patients and families.

Our ideal candidate is upbeat, team-oriented, and excited to be part of an office focused on delivering an exceptional patient experience. Orthodontic experience is a plus, but we are open to training the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow within the specialty.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care and oral hygiene education
• Assist in maintaining patient records and documentation
• Support the clinical team with patient flow and overall office efficiency
• Build strong relationships with patients and parents
• Maintain infection control and sterilization standards
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to create a positive patient experience

Qualifications:

• Active Dental Hygienist license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Orthodontic or pediatric experience is a plus, but not required
