Direct Sourcing Recruiter

Act as a central point of contact for subject matter experts (SMEs) and key stakeholders to design engaging, high-impact learning solutions.

salary: $25 - $29 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Recognized as a sourcing subject matter expert to Hiring Managers and HR
• There is a significant degree of independence in executing the work
• Exercises influence and/or manages others in the execution of sourcing strategy
• Responsible for short-term sourcing initiatives and the long-term external sourcing relationships
• Provides value added sourcing-related insight on market-specific nuances during goal-setting process
• Participates actively in recruiting activities in assigned markets and business units
• Actively contributes to national sourcing programs and projects
• Own and maintain pipeline of candidates for specific business units
• Accountable for the relevant sourcing budget and sourcing risk management, with alignment to the overall sourcing budget
