What You Will Actually Do You'll be the engine behind our financial and inventory accuracy. Your core mission will include:
- Mastering AP: Process invoices and manage vendor relationships with absolute precision.
- Driving Inventory Control: Stock in new inventory and ensure every vehicle record is bulletproof.
- Managing Floor Plans: Track, reconcile, and navigate dealership financing transactions smoothly.
- Handling Wholesale: Post wholesale vehicle sales and documentation seamlessly.
- Team Collaboration: Bring your expertise to support the broader accounting team as we scale.
- The Experience (Non-Negotiable): Proven Franchise Dealership Experience is required for consideration.
- The Tech Stack: Deep familiarity with automotive accounting software; bonus points if you know your way around Tekion .
- The Eye for Detail: Laser-focused accuracy in data entry, financial reporting, and processing.
- The Gear Shift: Exceptional multi-tasking skills to glide through a fast-paced environment without breaking a sweat.
