Assistant Controller

Assistant Controller | Direct Hire | Portland, OR | $110,000 to $135,000 + Bonus

Schedule: Onsite during onboarding, then a hybrid schedule with four days onsite and one remote day per week.


Key Responsibilities

• Support monthly and year-end close processes.
  
  

• Assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger activities.
  
  

• Partner with operational teams to support project and business performance.
  
  

• Oversee selected accounting functions and internal controls.
  
  

• Contribute to process improvements and systems-related initiatives.
  
  

• Provide guidance and support to accounting staff.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  
  

• Experience with financial reporting, close processes, and GAAP.
  
  

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  
  

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $110,000 to $135,000 annually
