As a State Tested Nurse Aide with Right at Home Columbus, you will have the opportunity to provide companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and personal care services to adults in their home setting. Our franchisees are passionate about delivering high-quality care with compassion and respect, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide companion care, including activities of daily living, meal companionship, and light housekeeping

• Assist with personal care services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Support with medication management, when applicable

• Maintain accurate records of care provided

• Collaborate with franchisees to ensure high-quality care and excellent client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent

• Pass a criminal background check and provide professional references

• Possess a valid State Tested Nurse Aide (STNA) certification

• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
