Supply Chain Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize supply chain operations. This role will manage cross-functional projects across procurement, inventory management, logistics, distribution, and process improvement while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage supply chain projects from planning through implementation and completion.
Collaborate with procurement, operations, logistics, inventory, and vendor partners to drive project success.
Analyze supply chain processes and identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost savings.
Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Coordinate system implementations, process enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure project outcomes.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.
Facilitate meetings, manage stakeholder expectations, and resolve project challenges.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of project management experience within supply chain, logistics, procurement, manufacturing, or operations.
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics operations.
Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project management tools.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
PMP, Lean Six Sigma, APICS, or related certifications are a plus.
