Position Summary: The Clinic General Manager is a healthcare operations leader responsible for guiding the strategic, financial, and personnel functions of our Palm Beach Gardens clinic. This role acts as the bridge between clinical excellence and luxury hospitality, ensuring the highest standards in care delivery. The GM will cultivate a result-driven culture, manage a multidisciplinary team of providers and support staff, and oversee the seamless execution of the patient experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily clinic operations with a focus on premium hospitality, ensuring the facility’s aesthetic appeal, patient flow, and service delivery exceed expectations. Recruit, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture where clinical precision and hospitality are valued and delivered by every team member. Partner closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to drive location‑specific revenue growth, membership retention, and lead conversion. Manage clinic budgets, staff scheduling, resource allocation, and operational metrics to achieve financial targets. Enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all clinical service lines, ensuring the flagship location sets the company benchmark for compliance, patient safety, and a high‑touch member experience. Oversee total clinic management, ensuring the clinic is physically safe, fully compliant with safety regulations, and free of maintenance disruptions. Lead the integration of new service lines into daily clinic operations, managing the change management process to ensure staff buy‑in, rigorous adherence to new protocols, and zero disruption to existing patient care. Drive data analysis, reporting, and performance reviews to inform strategic decisions and optimize clinic outcomes. Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with clinic staff, providers, administrative leaders, and the corporate team. Represent the clinic in professional and community engagements to promote growth and clinical reputation. Ensure all documentation, scheduling, and patient communication systems operate at peak efficiency to support a frictionless, premium patient journey. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Hospitality. Experience in high‑end fitness or luxury hospitality management is highly valued alongside healthcare experience. Demonstrated success managing high‑performing teams in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Proven leadership, organizational, and financial management skills. In‑depth knowledge of clinic operations, compliance, and regulations. Ability to deliver constructive feedback and navigate team conflicts. Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
