Shift: 3rd Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000 for Full-Time

The Greens at Gastonia is currently seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our 3rd Shift nursing team!

Schedule

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available

• Every other weekend required

• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-Time

LPN / RN Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to individualized plans of care.

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.

• Complete resident assessments and nursing documentation accurately and timely.

• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly.

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) during the shift.

• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and the interdisciplinary care team.

• Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Current, active and unencumbered North Carolina LPN or RN license

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Current CPR certification

• Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred

• Strong communication, teamwork, and resident-care skills
