Job DescriptionAs an Event Sales Coordinator, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events while helping drive sales opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
You will work closely with internal team members and customers to ensure events are organized effectively, sales goals are supported, and every interaction represents IGL4US professionally.
This role combines event coordination, customer engagement, organization, and sales support in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with planning, organizing, and coordinating company events and promotional activities.
Engage with prospective and existing customers during events.
Support sales initiatives and help identify potential business opportunities.
Communicate event details, schedules, and requirements with team members and customers.
Maintain accurate event, customer, and sales information.
Coordinate logistics to help ensure events run smoothly and professionally.
Build positive relationships with customers and business contacts.
Follow up with potential customers and event participants when necessary.
Collaborate with the sales team to support performance goals and ongoing campaigns.
Assist with event preparation, execution, and post-event follow-up.
Provide professional and attentive customer service.
Represent IGL4US with professionalism and confidence at all times.
