This person will follow established protocols, maintain clear experimental records, help troubleshoot assay or equipment issues, and communicate results to the project team.Key responsibilities* Execute routine biochemical and cell-based assays according to established protocols.* Prepare reagents, samples, and assay materials; operate high-throughput laboratory equipment and assay instruments.* Record, organize, and review experimental data, and communicate results and observations to the team.* Analyze assay data and contribute to summaries, presentations, and reports.* Identify and troubleshoot routine experimental or equipment issues, seeking guidance when needed.* Follow laboratory procedures for safety, documentation, and data quality.* Coordinate day-to-day assay materials and activities to support timely execution.Basic qualifications* Bachelors degree in biology, molecular and cell biology, biochemistry, or a related field.* At least 2 years of relevant laboratory experience.* Experience following experimental protocols and documenting laboratory work.Preferred qualifications* Masters degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or bachelors degree with 10 years of relevant experience.* Industry experience in a biopharmaceutical or biotechnology setting.* Experience with high-throughput laboratory instruments, such as Echo liquid dispensers and Multidrop dispensers.* Familiarity with data analysis tools such as GraphPad Prism and Genedata Screener.* Experience with biochemical and cell-based assay execution, data analysis, or troubleshooting.
