The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates to meet organizational needs. The individual will also support employer branding initiatives, create effective talent acquisition strategies, and collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and recruitment processes. Qualifications Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies Experience in Interviewing, Hiring, and evaluating candidates Knowledge of Employer Branding and promoting workplace culture Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Experience in the construction or mission-critical industry is a plus Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software #J-18808-Ljbffr MCIS
