We are a commercial services company seeking a dedicated Commercial Property Maintenance & Porter Specialist to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of outdoor shopping centers and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will not only handle janitorial duties such as trash removal and window cleaning but will also possess basic maintenance skills and an eye for identifying potential hazards.
Responsibilities:
• Perform regular property patrols, picking up trash and removing debris.
• Clean windows and remove graffiti to ensure the property maintains a professional appearance.
• Conduct basic maintenance tasks as needed, including minor repairs and upkeep.
• Identify and report any risks or liabilities, ensuring a safe environment for customers and tenants.
• Maintain electronic records and provide detailed reports to property management.
Qualifications:
• Experience in commercial cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and handle tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting potential risks to management.
