This unique travel-style role allows you to provide coverage across 23 nearby facilities while enjoying schedule flexibility, strong clinical support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes. Position Details

Position: Physical Therapist (PT) Schedule Options: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN / Coverage Setting: Skilled Nursing + Long-Term Care Coverage Area: DuBois, PA | St. Marys, PA | Emporium, PA

What You'll Do

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on physical therapy to improve strength, mobility, balance, and independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary rehab teams including PTAs, OTs, and SLPs
• Document patient progress and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards
• Provide flexible therapy coverage and support across multiple facilities as needed
