Barista
As a Barista, you will provide exceptional customer service while crafting quality beverages to customer specifications. Your role will involve taking orders, making coffee, tea, and other drinks, and addressing customer complaints or questions to maintain good customer relations.
Responsibilities
- Deliver hand-crafted quality beverages to customer specifications.
- Take customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure speedy delivery of beverages and maintain good customer relations.
- Handle customer complaints or questions with professionalism.
Essential Skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced coffee or food services store.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience at a renowned coffee brand such as Starbucks is preferred.

Work Environment
You will be working in a fast-paced cafe environment. Flexibility to work any of the 7 days of the week is required. Shifts are 8 hours long, with Monday to Friday hours ranging from 5 AM to 7:30 PM and weekend hours from 5:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.71 - $16.71/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
