Provides coaching and feedback in a way that is constructive and positive and in line with restaurant goals.Collaborates with other Kitchen Leaders when planning shifts to ensure all policies and procedures are followed and kitchen tasks are completed for the shift, setting up the next shift for success.Collaborates with HR and Talent Directors for the planning of all shifts ensuring schedule, setup, and leadership is in place and we are appropriately staffed.Collaborates with the Training Manager to ensure continual training, development, and recognition of our team members.Consistently reviews reports and metrics, always looking for and recommending improvement to the operation and our people.Is in constant communication with other restaurant leaders outside of the kitchen - working toward common restaurant goals and enabling each other's success.Develops junior leaders in line with restaurant leader development plan. Provides feedback in a way that is constructive and positive and in line with restaurant goals.Point of accountability for Food Safety, Food Quality, and Cleanliness for the restaurant, reviewing key metrics in this area, adhering to strict checklists/procedures, using standard tools, and always working towards continuous improvement.Point of accountability for audits and follow up items to maintain the highest scores.
