If you are ready to work hard and get back to what you put in, then you are the right person for the job.You will create electrical schematics, will write PLC/HMI programs, and will participate in the debugging, testing, and commissioning of custom machinery that include motion systems, heaters, pumps, and automated hoists.Responsibilities:Support sales proposals with conceptual electrical system configurations and projected engineering hoursCreate electrical schematics and panel layout diagrams in AutoCAD Electrical for in-house panel fabricationSelect and specify electrical components best suited to each applicationGenerate Bills of Materials and support sourcing of electrical componentryGenerate well organized PLC and HMI code utilizing ladder logic, structured text, sequential function charting, function blocks, and/or instruction list methodologiesDevelop customer pleasing, well thought-out, HMI screens with intuitive navigation workflows that are attractive and consistent across production lines and customers.Debug electrical issues, optimize system functionality, and participate in factory acceptance testingTravel to customer sites and commission equipmentConduct investigations for service calls, troubleshoot equipment, and document root cause analyses and resolutionsTrain customers and fellow team members in the use of HMI screens and fine tuning of equipment
