Full Time. Days.

Job Summary:

The Customer Service and Collections Clerk work under the direct supervision of the Director of Revenue Cycle to review and update patient accounts, and speak directly with patients. Their primary responsibility is to work with patients to resolve balances and coordinate payment options. To be successful, you must have strong communication skills, be professional, kind, and pleasant at all times.

Responsibilities:

• Review and update patient accounts to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments

• Speak directly with patients to resolve balances and coordinate payment options

• Demonstrate strong data entry, computer, and documentation skills

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Strong Data Entry/keyboarding skills

• MSWord and Excel work experience

• Strong customer service experience

• Exposure to medical revenue cycle a plus
